Hello from WNY!

    Im a smoking newbie, just got my MES 30" today for Father's Day (a bit early I know, but my wife was excited!). I just seasoned it and will be ready to go for the weekend. My first smoke is going to be chicken thighs and drumsticks. Planning on using apple wood chips, a garlic butter glaze, and a light dry rub. Excited to get going, any tips and suggestions will be gladly taken! Look forward to posting and reading. Smoke it if you got it!
