Hello my name is brad. Ive been smoking for about 2 years now, and yes its a addiction ....no I don't need a intervention ....but I do need to build a bigger smoker. Presently I have Two smokey mountians. Vertical style ,propane fired...I really enjoy this site and have learned a lot. Will be building Reverse style on a trailer soon. Looking for ideas? Nice to meet all of you her.....

First off welcome to SMF there Brad. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or you can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.

My father use to work there he now has retired, he worked on the 150 Hp and bigger lines....it is a great motor I myself have own 3 of them 65 Hp and two mercrusiers ..nice to talk to you
 
My adventure begins, we just got a free 250 gal oil tank for the smoker, ive also have a 3 burner stove, a 4 burner stainless steel grill ( needs burners) and a deep fryer commercial grade electric that I'm going go convert go gas ( propane),..I need to find trailer now...
