Good evening and Hello,

Ive been smoking for 4 or 5 years and i consider myself still just learning.

For the past couple weeks, Ive been cruising the site looking for ideas and recipes for a family get together that I hosted last weekend. Thanks to you guys everything turned out great.

In my GOSM, I smoked two 7lb pork shoulders, a bacon wrapped pork tenderloin, corn on the cobb and baked beans (Dutch's wicked beans).

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

First off welcome Greg to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking.
