Hello from WI

    Just built my 1st smoker this spring and have been trying a little bit of everything (ribs, a whole hog, chicken, pork butts, elk roast, trout, turkey, brisket and venison jerky)...and now hope to start tailoring my cooks.

    This is a great place to learn and share ideas. The search bar works great for finding info. If you don't find an answer, start a thread and wait for several different answers.
