Thanks for having me and I enjoy the reading the post made here. Learn something every day.

I'm 51 owned eating places and now Ret/Dis. enjoy smoking that meat.

Got a new brinkman to give a shot. Really enjoy it and have found some very good points on how to make use of it.

thanks everyone, feel very glad to be accepted so kindley. I will read asap. Don't/Can't get on to much as of right now. But know it will be a joy. I will be looking forward to learning from others and sharing what little knowlage I may have to offer. Just old fastion smoking, grilling and cooking.
