Happer, welcome aboard. Where in West Texas you living? I'm originally from Sweetwater myself. Did the Tech thing too. We called Sweetwater little Tech when I was in high school cause almost everyone went to Tech. Traegers are decent smokers, and I think there are a couple folks on here that have them. They'll be along shortly.

Welcome aboard. You sound like you have some good esperience, but you may still want to check out Jeff's 5-Day E-Smoking series. It is full of good information.

And remember, we like Q-View, so take lots of pictures.

Welcome Happer, Where you from? Big Spring here, Uvalde, and Dryden. I am bound to be close. My Son graduated from TT a couple of years ago and was on the Reserve National Champion Meat judging team. He, like you, also spent a lot of time in the meat lab. He works for Cyrovac now. Again welcome to the SMF.
