I'm not a pro, but not a novice either. I can make some fantastic BBQ but my cooker isn't the best. I have a heavily modified OK Joe Longhorn. I am looking at upgrading to a better smoker but until those funds come available I will have to make do with the OK Joe. Nice to be a part of Smoking Meat Forums!

Good to have you with us!  It's the person using the cooker that produces the best Q!  Looking forward to your smokes!

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a rainy day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
