New to smoking meat and hope to learn a lot here. Living in Vancouver, so I'm close to fishing and hunting areas. Hope to get some game this year so my Wife and I can enjoy some good smoked food. Just did some Pork and Deer and they turn out GREAT. Using a Brinkman Elect. I just got. It works pretty good. Will stay in touch. Don

Thanks for the nice welcome. Learning a lot of thing here already. Just built a cold smoking unit for my smoker. I tried to smoke some cheese and it turned out fantastic. Wish I could share some with you all so I could get some pointers. Again, Thanks. Don
