Hello from Virginia. My name is Doug allthough Aquamn9 was given to me 20 yrs ago because the only thing I try to do more than cook is fish. Smoking now for about 30 years, to many smokers to list but my last purchase was a Smoke Hollow Deluxe Gas. Still love smoking with charcoal so I guess it depends on what and how much I am cooking and what mood I am in.

Looks like from what I've seen that there is a great group of people here. Looking foreward to meeting some of you. Thanks in advance for the friedship and sharing.
