I cam across your site while searching for a good recipe for brisket.  I almost cried, to think one can do so much with the smoker.  I have many hobbies, gardening, poultry, fly fishing and yes smoking the meat.  So glad to have found your site and look forward to gaining more knowledge from you guys.
