Hello guys, I have been smoking fish and sausages for about 20 years, now. Just got into smoking all the different meats about five years ago. I have used little & big chief smokers, Bradley smoker, SS Cabinet propane smoker. I just purchased a Mak 2 Star General.

Smoking fish is the norm here, all other smoking is not so common. It's easy to find the electric and propane smokers and homemade smoke houses but , stick burners and pellet stoves are really rare. Getting pellets is quite tough but, getting them shipped closer and going and picking them up state side is quite easy .
