hello from the west coast.

I just stumbled upon this site as I was researching hardwood charcoal.  I see tons of information here and looking forward to browsing everything.

I do a lot of grilling at home but have more fun doing it while rv'ing though the states and national parks.

after a long days hike through the Arizona and Utah canyons, the wife goes inside the rv and writes her blog,i light a campfire and fire up the grill.  perhaps the odd adult bevvie.

I have had lots of bbq's in my day but I love the portable cabela's 7 in 1 smoker bbq, never fails me.
