Have been lurking here for awhile, best smoking forum on the net! With the help of post here have done several successful smokes on my "ECB" with mods. Just got a Brinkmann gas smoker going to season Wed. and break it in Sat. with some small butts, chicken and by popular demand ABT's. Hope to lean much from the fine folks here and maybe with some experience contribute.
