Greetings Ya'll. My name is Jason and I'll be smoking with a view of the beautiful Wasatch Front in Utah. My wife bought me a Traeger for Father's Day last year and I have started my hand at smoking, but have decided its time to get serious. I've browsed the board and feel this is the place and y'all are the people to help me take things to the next level. I'm excited to learn, try and share new things with y'all. I also make my own soda, which is fun to pair with my homemade bbq and fun to bring to family cook outs.
