I'm a born and raised Utah 30 yr old. I work in construction as a project manager for a custom home builder. With my spare time on the weekends, I love to smoke meats! Though usually small scale, I have successfully cooked for at least 50 people at once. My favorite smoker is my simple barrel smoker with a side firebox...it was $60! For larger occasions, I have a camp chef smoke vault. Though I'm considered an amatuer, I feel like I put out some good BBQ. I'm excited that I found these forums!
