Hello from Utah!

I'm a born and raised Utah 30 yr old. I work in construction as a project manager for a custom home builder.
With my spare time on the weekends, I love to smoke meats! Though usually small scale, I have successfully cooked for at least 50 people at once.
My favorite smoker is my simple barrel smoker with a side firebox...it was $60! For larger occasions, I have a camp chef smoke vault. Though I'm considered an amatuer, I feel like I put out some good BBQ. I'm excited that I found these forums!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
