Hi there, 

I am new to the site, and pretty much new to the world of smoked meats.

Here in Uruguay we are very well known for our "Asados" and very good meats, but we are not used to smoked meats.

A couple years back i tasted my first BBQ Ribs and i fell in love with them, and now, a few weeks ago i tried my first smoked brisket.

Now i am planning to build a charcoal/wood smoker out of an old fridge, and that's mainly why i joined your forum... that and to have a place to share my love for smoked meats.
