Hi Everyone,

I started smoking a couple of years ago, Bought a small smoker to start with and have purchased a second larger

one since, Being a deer hunter, I decided to give smoking a try instead of paying someone else to make my stuff.
Now I looking to learn even more as I branch out in to making different things.
Just did my first snack sticks and breakfast sausage yesterday with help some of the posts here..
