I am new to forums so may not do or say things right. I just bought a smoker and trying to learn how to use it.

Welcome to the forum.  The search bar at the top of the page can be your best friend.  Have a question/problem just search it.  You can always post your questions and someone will be along shortly to help you out.

He says that to everybody. The search bar is between the top menu and the list of topics. No biggie if you can't find. Just ask whatever you want and you'll get plenty of conflicting advice.

Don't worry about sayin stuff right. Some folks will call you out but it doesn't matter. You'll get the idea after a while.

Oh... And welcome aboard.

Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
