Back home in Tucson, AZ after about 11 years in San Antonio, TX.

Had an offset stick burner for about 8 of those years after the bug got me.  Gifted that to family when we moved back home to Tucson and picked up a WSM 18.5.

Kids and Family tend to take up most of my time, but I enjoy BBQ, football, computers, and butchering a woodworking project on a regular basis.

I'm thinking about getting into cold smoking for some cheeses to go on my Christmas goodie trays, bit late in the year now so I guess I'll just have 12 months worth of practice cheese to test and eat.  I am thinking I may build a cold smoker box that can double as a wind shield for the WSM since our new place seems to get a fair amount of wind.
