Hi guys!

I've been reading the forum for a little while now, doing some research. My wife bought me a smoker for Christmas and I finally get to put my research into practice. I have a Master Forge two door propane smoker from Loews. Doing my first smoke right now (Prime Rib). It's about 10F right now and windy so it's a bit tough to control the temperature though it's always been above 220F. I intend to be an active participant in this forum and can't wait to get to know you all a bit better. I have already learned a lot from you guys and can't wait to see what's next.
