Hello I am Jim from the HILLS of east Tn. I am just beginning this "smoking" thing. I have just done 4 butts and they all turned out different (I didnt find this site till I had done them [IMG] ). I have a GOSM gas wide body smoker. I love the different ideas that i have been able to see in here, I never thought of smoking a meatloaf till now. I love This site, wife might not like it because I am going to bombard her with smoked stuff now. I am going to try everything in the smoker.. HA HA Ha... hey again HELLO from the hills... [IMG]
