Hello from TN

  1. Just wanted to say "hello" from TN.  My name is Tracy and I'm a pretty avid cook.  I own a couple of restaurants and really enjoy the world of cooking.  I love smoking and am looking forward to learning lots of new tricks and ideas from you guys.  Thanks for a great site.

    You will learn a lot from this forum.

    I spent a lot of time in the past East of Knoxville towards Jonesborough and Johnson City. I enjoyed hiking and trout fishing in Great Smokey Mountain National Park.
