Merry Christmas, I live in Ocala Florida. I raise hogs and a few cattle. I butcher about a hog a month and a beef a year for personal consumption. I have my own set up with smokers (hot and cold), cooler room, and plenty of beer. I joined this site because I have been reading for a while and wanted to get involved. I smoke pork, beef, and cheese. I am looking to expand my knowledge and hopefully be able to add something back to this forum.
