Just wanted to say hi. A little about myself, I've been cooking since I was in scouts. Worked as a line cook during high school, worked as a manager for RadioShack for a few years and now currently work at Wal-Mart. For equipment I have a Brinkmann Smoke N' Grill, a Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain, Brinkmann 4-burner gas grill, a KitchenAid with a few attachments, a Maverick ET-73, plus several other thermometers, grill/bbq tools, etc. This is a great site with tons of information, I've already had great results with a few pork butts, a couple of briskets and several chickens, and really looking forward to more... and so is SWMBO (She Who Must Be Obeyed) She likes my cooking better than hers...
