Hello from the suburbs of Chicago

Hi Everyone!   New to the smoking world....but have been grilling for years.  I have a variety of grills...all from my local Weber Grill Company.   My most recent is the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker.   Love to smoke pork...but looking to expand my smoking menu! 

Happy to give and take any advice/suggestions!   My name is Jerry....but all of my friends call me Er!
