Hi  everyone, new to this sight but not to smokin, started out with a bullet  15 yrs ago, purchased a large egg  about 12 yrs ago. 

my experience in "new" foods is limited so always open to see and hear what others are doing and how. 

 we are in the "design" stage of our new deck, which will have an outdoor kitchen come hell or hi water, might just be a McGyvered one, but one none the less.

looking forward to all info/people./knowledge... this sight has to offer

Welcome to SMF Bob!  Glad you are here.  Sounds like the deck project is in the works and you are determined to make it happen.  Be sure to share pictures of your project. 

Folks here will smoke just about anything that moves or grows so you should find plenty of "new" foods to throw on your bullet or egg.
