Thought I would introduce myself as I am new to this forum.  I have been enjoying the hobby of smoking meat for some time now.  I use a 22" WSM, and a homemade cinder block pit.  Both units use temperature controllers and work quite well.  I use the pit when I do my yearly whole hog and other times when I have a larger gathering of people.  The rest of the time I use the WSM.  I am happy

with both units.
