Hello from the mighty Wasatch Mountains!!!

Hey all,

     I am excited to belong to this forum and to get all the info I can!  Have been smoking for about 4 months with good success.

I am using a Smoke Vault, which I really like, would like to eventually try charcoal. My goal is to become a true Pit Master, as time allows. Thanks in advance for all the advice.

Hi Troy and welcome aboard!  You've found the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
