Hello All,

I have never smoked meat before until last weekend, so I'm a newbie! I just recently got a Landman Great Outdoors Smoky Mountain 20" x 34" Gas Smoker. I really like the smoker so far. I wasn't sure on how to smoke a whole chicken. So I did a search on Google and it lead me to this forum. I found my answers and even found a great brine recipe. The chicken turned out awesome! I only did one whole chicken because it was my first time. I have a lot of room in this smoker, so next time I'm filling it up!
