Dave here from International Falls MN.  I have been smoking for about 5 years now and I personally own a UDS and a well worn Discada.  Most of my outdoor cooking is done on these.  I am also a Metal Shop/Welding teacher at the high school and my classes are working on building our third trailer mounted reverse flow smoker for a member of the community.

Thanks for having me.
