Hi there gang, I just wanted to introduce myself and say that this site is awesome, eh! LOL.

I am a RecTec Rookie, just got it before Xmas, I've done a few cooks on it and just love the ability to "set it and forget it" I had an offset smoker made by Horizon, awesome unit, very well built but I just don't have the time to babysit a fire with 3 active young kids and other things to do. (fishing, boating, hunting etc). Anyway, I'm looking forward to learning about new recipies and a few tricks of the trade to be able to cook some fantastic meals on the RecTec. Keep up the fantastic job of having the best "Smoking" site on the web.

Cheers,

T.J.
