My name is Rich and I live in northern Wisconsin, I have a Cookshack, Traeger and the newest toy is a large Big Green Egg.

Found you looking for bacon info, that's on my the top of my smoking list. I did just order an AMNS pellet & I know I have some instacure around here somewhere. I hope to get a butt brining tonight.

the AMNPS works great for cold smoking.
POPs has a good brine for bacon .

thoseguys26, I used to ice fish allot, now I mainly concentrate on spring through summer fishing Lake Superior and Lake Michigan, then hunt from September through January.
