Hello,

    My name is Rob. I live in Sterling, AK. Great site. Can't wait to get started learning more about smoking meat. I smoke salmon, halibut, and all kinds of wild game already, but it has been trial and error trying to get it right. I'm hoping to get better at it.

  I have a Big Chief for now, but am rounding up parts and pieces to convert an old upright freezer into my new smoker. I also have a homebuilt charcoal smoker/bbq.
