Like most of you here, I discover this forum on the web, been reading for days about smoking meats. Especially sausages, I can say I am really looking forward to do it oneday. For now, I need to read some more with regards to food safety and what kind of smoker to buy, any recommendation will be greatly appreciated. My experience is limited to grilling ang roasting a whole pork. :biggrin:
