Hello everyone my name is Brian and I have been smoking with a Brinkmann Cimmaron Deluxe offset for about 3 years with limited success.  Since I found this great forum, my Q has improved 100%.  I finally am able to smoke pork ribs that I can actually eat after learning of the 3-2-1 method.  I love to cook and brew beer so I hope to be able to contribute here.

Cheers,

Brian

Nice to have you on board, Brian. As you have already found out, this site has lots of great tips to help make your 'que awesome!

We have a number of home brewers here and a sub forum for home brew so you'll fit in just fine.

Enjoy!

Welcome Brian,

One of the many things I have learned from this group the past three years is they like a lot of Q-View so if you have access to a digital camera be prepared to use it, and posting the pix. As you can see from my limited postings I am a watcher more then a poster, but that doesn't mean I haven't been smoking. Had to lose 40 lbs because I like it so much, and for those who don't care, but I'm going to tell you anyway cause I can, that I have my kitchen back after 3 months of re-modeling. Did the work myself including the tiled floor.  Paid a guy $75.00 to grout it for me. It's amazing how a good grout job can make a bad tile job look good. Take care.
