Hi guys! I've been a member for approx 2 months now but this is my first postin'. Somewhat new to smokin but not to grillin and chillin!! Was given a ecb-all in one from my best friend 2 years ago. Finally put it to some good use this summer. Got on-line and googled "smokin meat" which lead me to all of you! Lucky me! Tried Jeff's 3-2-1 rib method-very impressive. Due to time constraints I made a boston-butt using Jeff's "big mistake" method...again very impressed. Looking forward to bringing a lot more good 'que to the 'Cuse and upstate New York.
