I just wanted to say hello. In my arsenal is a brinkmen 5 burner grill, brinkmen charcoal smoker and a propane Smoky Mountain Series smoker.
Ive been smoking for about a year. I love this site, I find alot of info and great tasting meals on here. I fact im going to try Cured Apple/Sausage Stuffed Pork Chops that cowgril posted tomorrow. Off topic I tried to post a reply yesterday but seams it didn't go through, it was inreguards to the classifieds topic ebay wood. I bought wood from vamtnwoodproducts I got 70lbs of apple wood chunks and 70lbs sugar maple from him for $140.00 deliverd not bad buck a pound. really fast shipping recieved 5 days after payment. but how come my reply wouldnt get posted. well thanks in advance.
