Hello From The Buckeye State

  1. Hello,

My name is Julian and I hail from Columbus, Oh. I have been a big time griller for years and was looking to take my grilling to the next level. Since I am new to smoking I looked at smokers for about 6 months and went back and forth about what kind of smoker to use. I decided on the Weber Smoky Mountain cooker and have been cooking with it for about a month. I have had some pretty good results so far with ribs and brisket. I did smoke a pork but that was not a success as it did not pull apart how I had envisioned. Like I said I am still new to this but am always looking for info, advice, and techniques. I look forward to reading and learning from this site.
