Hello from the big MO!

My name is Jeff, I am from Missouri. My wife bought me a Masterbuilt Electric smoker, which I love to use.When we are not on a Baseball field with my kids, I try to smoke or grill something.  My favorite meats to smoke are pork loins, pulled pork, and of course Brisket! I look forward to getting many tips on how to make these meats even more delicious than they already are!!
