hello from the beautiful hocking hills

  1. Hello my name is kurt. I live in Logan Ohio. I will be new to smoking meats have been grilling with wood for 30 or so years and propane.
    I just got my smoker/grill monday.I beleive yall call it a reverse flow side box. It is a 500 gallon propane tank converted to my smoker/grill.
    i own a campground and wanted something I could smoke alot of meat and also cook up to 100 steaks at a time, i have alot of ?s i will ask on another post not on roll call. Thanks in advance and for all your help and for all your post that i have all ready read.

    Bighoss welcome to smf. I believe I have seen a sign on my way to IN. on Route 68 that says Hocking Hills. Oh well not sure!! Hope you enjoy this wonderful place as I do. May your smokes run thin and blue and best of luck with each and everyone!!!!!!!!!!
