Hello from Texas

Hello All!  I have had an Oklahoma Joe for a few years now, but only use it 2 or 3 times a year. It's box is 20" round x20" and the chamber is 20" round x 40" This year I decided to really work on a few recipes of my own. I have been reading about tuning it, so I decided to join and get help from those with experience.
