Found this forum while getting ideas for my build. Have always enjoyed cooking for many years but I'm tired of the store bought smokers. They only seem to last me just a couple of years and want to build a trailer smoker. Propane tanks are a little pricey for my first build so I found a old air compressor tank to start with. Just picked it up today and got it in the shop, finally cooling off for the day so getting started. If anyone has some tips let me know.
