My name is Gus and I just bought a Primo Oval XL with all the extras! Great few cooks so far and just added a Flame Boss to the arsenal. That thing is awesome! I was able to go to an appointment and monitor my pork butt from afar!!!
My goal right now is to master brisket (it is definitely a Texas thing) as well as other favorites!
Started grilling/smoking about 2 years ago on a $19.95 Wal-Mart special and then a $49.99 Academy special. Granted I spared no expense (went a bit crazy) when buying the Primo but hey I needed a bigger grill/smoker as I like to entertain family and friends!!!
Looking forward to this forum, I am sure i can learn a lot from you experienced pit masters!!!
