Hello! My name is Alec, I am from north east Texas between Sulphur Springs and Texarkana. I love to cook anything but have always wanted to try more meat smoking. I plan on building a UDS and hope to test it on some deer this season. I work for a wholesale food distributor so I normally have access to plenty of meats [emoji]128523[/emoji] I look forward to being a part of this wonderful forum!

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
