Found your site through a search. Contained a lot of helpful info so I thought I'd join. I use a Brinkman Trailmaster with an of set fire box. I've been pretty successful with pork butt, but still working out the kinks on the brisket (not leaving it long enough). I use a thermo probe at the cooking surface to get an accurate temp read which leads to a constant battle trying to maintain temp. Glad I found you guys!
