Hello from Texas

I'm new to this forum but looks like a cool place to be. I have been a welder and machinist all of my life. Just recently retired and started my own business at home. Was doing general welding and gradually got into building smokers and bbq's. Didn't really know there was that much to designing and building a good one. Hope to get some good ideas here.
