Smokey Greetings to you.I'm firelover. I live in North Central Texas. I'm as green as they come to smokin' meat. But I'm a journeyman in eating it. Looking forward to visiting with you and learning how to smoke meat! I have just enrolled in the e-course.

Howdy & welcome to the forum. I will suggest you go ahead & order Jeff's recipes for dry rub & BBQ sauce. You can always change 'em to where you like.
