Gday all,its Richard from Launceston,Tasmania ,Australia.Have had my vertical smoker for about a year now and really starting to enjoy it.have tried a bit of everything, pork, lamb ,chicken and also roo,yes that is kangaroo, which tastes pretty damn good.I am hoping to learn a lot from this site, and meet new people.I work in the LPG industry and have just got myself a 90 kg/180 pound cylinder which i am looking to build a smoker out of,so i will be definitely checking out the info given by some of the very experienced people from this site.cheers,Richard
