I bought the rub and sauce but I still get ad-happy everything.... okay, rant done. I have a propane can smoker and an offset smoker. Winter is cold here so having both is a nice option. I am going to start the process of learning cold smoking and butchering and look forward getting digitally slapped for having miss information!

Thanks everyone! I am doing some little fatties tomorrow. The temps will be -11 with wind so we will see how my propane can will work. The offset is not very efficient in the cold. I will post some pics as I go!
