Hello from SW Missouri

  1. Hi, my name is Terry and I am already a long time smoker.  I have a BGE (Big Green Egg), presently going on 15 years, and have smoked extensively on it. I use my grill 3-4 times a week year round.

    But I am interested in expanding into sausage making and cold smoking to include building a cold smoker. I was reading through some web sites on sausage making and ran across an item - Polish  kabanosy - I just have to make this! :)  The more I read the more I want to start making some of these great recipes.  So here I am.

    I hunt and fish year round and have a good supply of ready material for practice. I am working my way through the web site learning about cold smoking and am really looking forward to trying it.  Thanks for all the great info.

    Hi Terry,

    Welcome to the forum.  Where are you located in SW Mo?  I live between Springfield and Branson, so maybe we can see each others (thin blue) smoke  signals[​IMG]
